Here's another option: Your local hobby store. I build R/C models, and one of the tools that comes in quite handy is a three foot aluminum t-bar sander made by Great Planes. If you have a hobby shop close by that carries these sanders, they also will have in stock rolls of self-stick sandpaper for the bars - they come in 3" wide by 10' rolls. The rolls aren't notched or perforated to the bars' length, they are cut-to-fit.
