Hello; 

I haven't been recieving my email from krnet@mylist. My provider said
it's because it's being 'blocked', and that this happens sometimes. 

They say that to 'unblock' it,  you must forward a 'bounced' message to
them??
Does that make sense?

It's all Greek to me.
