No, foam is sanded to shape in place, so there's no such thing as pre-formed foam for the KR2. Ribs for the original wings will probably work fine for the AS5046, but if they don't, about $10 in foam and glass should yield some that do. Assuming you've seen the airfoil site at http://www.krnet.org/as504x/ , that's a decision you'll have to make yourself. You probably need to get your hands on some plans, and surf through all the web sites listed at www.krnet.org , and then you'll have answered most of your questions...
