This months (March 2004) Kitplanes magazine has an article on page 27 titled "First-Time Builders" by Dave Martin. In this article Dave list the Top 20 kitplanes, based on certain criteria, which are the best planes to build, especially by a first time builder. The KR-2 is listed, along with a photo, and comes in second in the list for total flown only to be beaten out by Quad City's Ultralight Challenger II. Not too shabby for publicity.
