I doubt if your DAR will ever look at your firewall so it's up to you to make sure it's right. Asbestos is a "NO - NO" now days. Use "fiber-frax" that is available in the Wicks catalog. The .018 SS should work. I seem to recall I got .016 somewhere but what's .002 between friends. :-) Larry Flesner
