In the past I did some avionics installs and used a avionics supplier in
Florida. ( Eastern or Southern Avionics I think. They advertise in trade a
plane.) In most cases I did not buy all or even many of the radios from them,
This does not mean they won't help you. I have bought some pre-wired harnesses
from them with the one end unwired. The cost was much less than I could do it
for, and did not cost much more than the parts cost. They build harnesses every
day, and seem to fly through them. I asked them to send the pin-out diagram for
the install and they were most helpful. You could ask them how much it would
cost to build a pigtail harness, or if they would just supply the pin-out. As
far as the A&P... well I won't go there

Subject: KR>Edo-Aire question for the net

I just acquired an Edo-Aire 563 (used but supposed to work). The problem is
there is no wiring diagram for installing it. Does anyone have an Edo-Aire
563 or other Edo-Aire all in one Nav/Com's I can get a copy of the
installation wiring diagram from? I hate to have to go to an A&P to get it
done as they tend to charge an arm and leg. Thanks in advance,
