For those who do not know what Spell Check is, it is on your tool bar and can be done manually or set to automatically check the spelling every time you send the e-mail. Spell Check will even alert me to sentence fragments, incorrect spacing and capitalization and punctuation. There is not really an excuse for poor grammar on e-mails when the system will correct it all for you.
