I went with "GRedies" wheels and brakes, they are duel piston and work very well, very in expensive compared to clevelands. I used some piper master cyc. that I found at the fly market at oshkosh. Wicks sell them in a set for about $150.00 Tim KR2 N7038V ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gavin Donohoe" <gavinandlou...@bigpond.com> To: "KR builders and pilots" <kr...@mylist.net> Sent: Monday, December 22, 2003 8:03 PM Subject: KR>Brakes
Hi All, Can anybody share with me their successes with drum cable operated brakes such as the Azuza?? compared to disk hydraulic callipers. Seems the drums are a lot less expensive and just as easy to install, though I'm not sure how efficient they are. I'm planning on using 6" wheels and a tri gear.
