My fuel tanks, 12.5 gal each, are located in each outer wing panel. They start 1/2 inch (foam) behind the forward spar and extend toward the trail edge 10 inches. They run the entire length of the outer wing panel from root to 36 inch tip rib. I had them figured mathmaticly at 12.5 gal before building and they turned out to be about 12.8 gal each. Because the main portion of the tanks are within the CG range, my CG location moves forward approx 1 inch from full tanks to empty tanks. picture at http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/flesner/22.jpg Larry Flesner
