Brian,

I don't know about the Props Inc., but I can tell you that you cannot go
wrong with a Sterba and the customer support is second to none.  I nicked
one of my Sterba's and Ed told me how to fix it, but I did not feel
comfortable doing it myself.  I sent it to him and he did if free of charge
and even was going to pay the shipping, but I refused to let him do that.
