Netters,
Mark Langford and I arrived in southern Illinois (home for me) just before 2:00PM local. Great flight with tailwind all the way. Met up with Jim Faughn at Mexico, Missouri for a fuel stop. Our last 75 miles were at 1500 feet AGL under a cloud deck but visibility was o.k. Had a great time seeing everyone again. I haven't read all of my e-mails yet so I don't know if it's been announced that Mt.Vernon, Illinois will be the site of the 2004 Gathering. I hope to see a number of new KR's there and will do my best to insure the Gathering gets bigger and better each year. Thanks to Steve, Linda, Mike, Teri, and everyone that made this years Gathering a VERY fun time. Plan to be there in 2004 ! Date to be announced soon. Larry Flesner
