Dan, Take a look at part 91.205 . There is a VFR, VFR night, and IFR section with the equipment required for each. As indicated in my earlier post, you need to be aware that there might be additional requirements linked to this required equipment in other sections of the regulations. At least 91.205 will make you aware of the minimum list of things to worry about finding out more information about. The FAAs web site search feature makes finding these linkages easier than it has ever been in the past.

If your e-mail program wraps it to two lines, cut and paste the link into your web browser and you will go directly to part 91.205. -----Original Message----- From: krnet-boun...@mylist.net [mailto:krnet-boun...@mylist.net]On Behalf Of Dan Heath Sent: Saturday, September 06, 2003 11:03 AM To: kr...@mylist.net Subject: Re: KR>FARs Who Can Find Them? Bob, That is very good information. I went looking for the "minimum" requirements for instrumentation and could not find it. Does anyone have such a list of the minimum requirements for certification? I want to be sure that we don't leave something out. N64KR Daniel R.
