I forgot that step . I did double the number of ribs in each panel after the first bow up episode. I have plenty of pink, blue and other urethane foams on hand but I'm not ready to tear the other out yet. I have been very careful about the sanding pressure by using a 4" PVC pipe wrapped with 50 grit paper to rough close to shape and then finishing with my 8' alum. I - beam level with 80 grit paper glued to one side. I have a guide set on the stub wing and at the tip for the level to ride on so as not to flex the foam panels in the middle. The panels bow over a 24 hour period after I have a near perfect surface done. I'm starting to believe it's the temp. difference. I have been sanding the wings at 4 to 5 in the morning at mid 60's temp. and the hanger going up to the 90's during the day. I may have just talked myself into taking the foam out and starting over. Thanks for the help-- Joe Horton
