For a corporation to own the aircraft is not an issue, as you all have stated. 
However, the pilot cannot perform any form of revenue generating, or 
compensation flying without a commercial ticket, and FAR Part 91.319(a)(2) 
prohibits any pilot or person from operating an aircraft with an experimental 
certificate for the purpose of carrying persons or property for compensation or 
hire. They recently granted an exception to this reg by allowing CIF's and 
experienced pilots to provide so many hours (I believe it is max 10) of 
transition training in an experimental. Unless someone has information I am not 
familiar with, I believe this would be the biggest factor in needing a 
commercial ticket. I suppose one could always apply to the FAA to be granted 
some kind of exception certificate of operation, if they would grant one for 
other commercial type operations... just opinions...
