I have my stub wings fiberglassed up to the fusalage with a square corner. my
next move is to create fillets between the wing and fusalage. I read in the
archives (i believe it was Mark Langford) who said with some discussed "if he'd
do it again he'd just slop some micro in the corner and sand a radious and that
would be it". My question is how thick can I go with the micro before i need to
start worying about cracks or pulling away from the fusalage. otherwise my
thought is to foam and fiberglass the fillet, keping the top of the radious
1/4" below the bottom of the fusalage to give the fiberglass somthing to stick
to, then create the rest of the fillet with micro.
Thanks for your help.
