Hello John, I think that one way check valves between your tanks would be an expediant solution to your problem. A more elegant solution might be to eliminate ram air venting for the wing tanks, since they have to have pumps anyway. In gravity feed systems the pressure boost from Ram vents is important but for a pump fed system, especially if only transfer, they are really not needed and could be replaced with ambient air vents.
