If you are using Microsoft Outlook Express, EMailerID software can automatically create the Allowed list for you based on your Sent Items mail folder. It can also learn addresses from your Windows Address Book or any generic text file containing e-mail addresses. You can appove from your address book, or from any flat file with a list of addresses."
