Hi, Im sure your problem will be where the inlet manifold is bolted to the cylinders. I had exactly the same problem in my zenair zodiac fitted with a revmaster, cheers warren New Zealand

Does any one have one please. have a nice day -----Original Message----- From: Mac McConnell-Wood [mailto:macw...@tinyworld.co.uk] Sent: Saturday, 21 June 2003 3:39 a.m. To: KR builders and pilots Subject: KR>Revmaster problem Hi Mark and all, My Revmaster is driving a 54 by44 " wood prop.Max rpm is 2850 but this is at 75% throttle. If I increase the throttle the rpm cuts back to 2500 and then gradually increases to max. I have checked the throttle slide position and confirm that the slide is 2/3 open. The carb is a Bing type (AMAL concentric) with the cylindrical slide. Mixture and timing are OK . Main jet size doesn't seem to alter it. I found some air leaks in the inlet manifold welds which I fixed and this improved things a bit. Magneto and harness have been serviced and rig tested OK. Would appreciate any suggestions (clean ones!) Well, he is doing just that by making my tanks for me. These tanks will go in the outboard wings and hold approximately 12 gallons each. I originally had drawn up tanks which held 13.14 gallons per Mark Langford's calculations. Theses tanks were shortened by one inch from original drawings. I must say Dana has done an excellent job in fabricating these tanks. He estimates a total of seven hours to complete the tanks.
