Navigator Dan may have been lost, but I knew exactly where we were; between
Rough River, KY and Faifield County, SC. We did have to clean out the right
front seat (Navigator(?) Dan's) when we landed.......

A GOOD time was had by all though........!!

I just flew the 172 Skyhawk in X-Plane. I actually took off and landed, but
when I was done, I was shaking all over and my heart was pounding. It
reminded me of the time Jerry and I were lost on the way back from our first
KR Gathering and we landed at an unknown airport in a heavy haze.

I even had to apply carb heat at one point as the engine was icing up. It
is more difficult to fly the sim than it is to fly the real thing. Now I
need a KR2 for the X-Plane.
