I am going to try to find a place on the site to mention this, because it
could save a lot of time for those building hollow wings such as using wing
skins.

Determine where your aileron balance is going to go.  We used 41" from the
end of the wing stub.  Insert a chunk of, easy to sand, foam in that space
as you put the wings together.

I had a very difficult time building the foam walls of the hole for the
aileron balance weight.  By inserting the foam, all you will have to do is
to hog out the hole and glass it.
