Netters, First, as most of you know, we had to rebuild on of our ailerons. They both were cut from Diehl wing skins. The one we built is made mostly of foam and carbon. The Diehl aileron weighs 3.4# and the new aileron weighs 2.8#. I would suppose that those numbers could be expanded to the entire wing. I wonder if there are two sets of wings out there, one Diehl and one made of carbon, so we could get a weight difference.
