Yes it did.  When I ordered the spinner I had to give them the thickness
of the prop and they made the front plate to fit at that location.  I
installed
the front plate between the crush plate and the propeller so that all
the spacing was correct.  When installed , the spinner rear edge fit just
to the rear edge (within 1/16") of the rear edge of the rear mount plate
and snug against the front plate.  Because of the design of the front
plate, I had to notch it out for the propeller.  Some designs make
that unnecessary.
