I don't see where you draw your weight and CG conclusion Jerry.  The
instrument panel weighs 47 pounds including everything you see in the
diagram, G-meter, Rate of turn, DG, Hor, inverter (2#), Rate of climb,
airspeed, Compass, Omni, Nav/Com, Transponder, Loran, Auto pilot, circuit
breakers, engine monitor, fuel gages, marker beacon, audio panel, light
dimmer and misc other switches.  A lot of work went into getting that
functionality in a 50 pound weight budget.  The CG at gross weight is
exactly in the center of the allowable range.  The zero fuel weight and
balance is about a half inch in front of the cg range so after moving one of
the batteries I should be perfect.  I'll wait till the final weight and
balance to make that adjustment.  The preliminary weight and balance is on
