HI All I'm about to order the piston and cylinder kits from either Great Plains ($220us) or California import parts. As a Canadian is this the best place to get the parts?
I'm over hauling the engine just because of the time on it 600 flying hours. The old cylinder were 92mm but I did not see any shims? Should there have been some or did I just miss them? Are the shim's added to the top head or crank case ends? Their was a fellow with a set for sale not long ago. Is this set still available?
