Like the Mustang II has. I've got some great pictures . . . somewhere . . . of the MII's split flap that I took at French Valley a couple years ago. It's an excellent idea. As Mark Langford has mentioned, a plain old belly board will also provide a little bit of lift along with the drag. Stall is a little slower with the belly board extended.
