In defence of Steve he has been great to me over the years, my orders are usually done on line and I do like yo ring him to confirm but that is for s friendly chat. But he can be hard to catch u for a chat , he is always busy, but he had always returned my phone calls ( to Australia) not a bad effect. Cheers to both of you from down under.
