Go check the airfoil templates at http://www.krnet.org/as504x/templates.html and compare the spar thicknesses shown in the templates to your existing spars. Adding material is easy, and there is likely some room for some removal but I'm not about to sign up for figuring out how much. The goal was to fit perfectly on the KR2S.
