You could use Super Fil which is another product made by PolyFiber.  Using a 
resin based filler, could, I emphasize, could, make it harder to sand than the 
Smooth Prime, thus, making it harder to get the smoothness you are after.

a few minor areas that will require a little touch-up micro. Too big to fix

future priming and blocking prior to final paint. Is there a problem to apply
