Don Grow and Art Box are the owners of Great Plains. Founder Steve Bennett sold to Marty Roberts, who has sold the business to Don and Art. They are located in Afton, OK. I have been to their shop, so I know they are up and running. Maybe not as smooth as they would like but still up and running.
Don, Art, and Marty will be at Oshkosh (they won't have a booth this year) but Marty will have his 5th wheel and that will be the meeting area for Great Plains. Marty, my friend Mike Arnold and I took one of my VW motors to GP and we re-built my 1835. I think you'll be pleased with the new owners, especially when the rough spots get smoothed out.
