Dan,

What you are looking for is are A286 Nutplates.  They are made of Stainless 
Steel with Cad or Silver plating to avoid galling.

<http://www.spstech.com/distributors/>.  And yes, these are Aircraft grade.

My experience with RivNuts is that you will eventually end up cutting off the 
stainless screw that gets galled in it and drilling out the rivnut.  I won't 
use them in aircraft.
