?Sid,?I don't know of anyone that has a position indicator other than full up
or fall down and they do that with micro switches.

I don't really have an indicator but use my amp meter to tell full up
or full down.? My motor draws enough amps that the amp meter will dip
when the motor is operation.? I have to hold my switch for "down"
travel so when the amp meter returns to normal I know it's
down.? Opposite for up travel.? I could use two LED's , one up, one
down, and work them through my limit switches but I just haven't
bothered to do it.? My amp gauge works well enough for me.? Another
option might be a sliding potentiometer or similar to a light bar LED
indicator.?? In operation my board is either down or up, no in
between.? I'm guess flaps on a KR would be similar.? On an RV10 I
installed a potentiometer that worked off the tube that worked the
flaps and the "Skyview" software was calibrated to indicate the
degree of deflection.

As always, your results may vary............
