I'm gunning for Shortest Distance Flown; 22.5nm per SkyVector.com... Looking forward to seeing everyone whether you travel by KR, airlines or car. We've broken out of the hot days & should be in the low-mid 70s with good VFR forecast. Just finished fixing a few squawks and now it's time to put the Langford tilt-forward canopy back on and fill it up for tomorrow's "big trip" to MMV. Larry, can you give us a YeeHaw? It would be a lot more run and exciting to make the trip in the KR though. I hope the flyers living close bring their KR to drool over. I'm guessing Jeff Scott will get the "greatest distance flown" award as Langford might as well have tossed out the possibility like excess ballast right before he planted his in the bean field. :-( I'm packed and leaving at 6:00 am tomorrow morning.
