One more thing you need to keep in mind is that the outboard wing attach 
fittings need to slid between the inboard fittings. I did this by a combination 
?of ajusting the th adjusting the thickness of the outboard ?spar befor the 
taper started and by adding shims to the inboard spar. I made a total of .250 
ajustment to make the outboard waf side between the inboard waf.?

I didn't mean to imply there is anything wrong with the templates.? I
really appreciate the templates. ..I am using the as 5048 templates
myself.? I was just answering the question about what they do to the cg
range and how easily that range can be changed.? My spar caps are thick
enough that I think I can place them at the original location...I won't get
to the outboard wings for a while.
