Troy was not pulling 65 to 70% power running those speeds.  I'm quite 
sure he was running 3000+ rpm on an engine rated at 100 hp at 2750 
rpm.  I'm not sure that's the setup you want on a 1000 cross country 
cruiser.  There are better ways to get that speed without hanging an 
0-200 on a KR1.
