I would be willing to help with the gathering site, I can spare the time. Fixing the photos should be easy. Hopefully they still exists within the site hosting and merely the links are broken or someone renamed the folder or whatever. I was really excited to see each year's photos, and I may not be alone. let me know if I can help.
