This stuff takes some experimentation to use well. I always underestimate how much it will expand. For good adhesion apply a small bead to all surfaces and let the foam fill towards itself. Large balls of foam contain large voids of gas. Don't heat expanding foam if you want small cell size. Peter
Somewhere in the Newsletters, it says that ALL expanding foam should be warmed after setting and before sanding to shape. That will cause it to finish expanding.
