I have been checking flights to Portland and noticed Southwest just opened there calendar for September. My ticket would be about the same as Chino. I followed the prices last year and noticed that they didn't get any cheaper the closer to the date. I think it would be a good idea for the people flying in to get a refundable airline ticket as a backup soon.
