I don't have a tensionometer, but my answer would be "not nearly so tight as to worry about pulling something loose, but not so loose that you worry about it coming off the pulley"...for whatever that's worth. "High-G" is definitely not required. Mark Langford ML at N56ML.com http://www.n56ml.com
