No Dan they are not fiberglass, some kind of poly that has been roto molded I 
think?  most like other ultralight tanks?  I will investigate the Pro-seal to 
see the specs?.  as you guys have used it successfully I have no doubts?.  I 
will attempt to obtain the specs on the tanks and then return? Thanks of the 
response all of you? jw
