HI Team, I'm installing antennas in my KR2 and have one question open after all the research on the internet.
When installing a quarter wave VHF antenna with a sizeable ground plane, Do I need a balun? I see all the dipole info (like the VOR antenna) that require one but I'm not sure if that applies to the Quarter Wave antenna and to the ELT antenna (also on a ground plane).
