Yep, I used a Stromberg from a cont. 65 on my 1834 vw, on my KR  and it worked

I've asked this before and never got an answer.  For youvwho are running VW
based engines in your kr, is anyone using a Marvel-Schebler or Stromberg
carbs?  Now for the opinion portion of the show...would it be reasonable to
assume that a MS carb designed for a particular engine be usable on another
engine of a different mfg with similar HP and performance?
