A few days ago I tried to download one of the newsletter files and had the same problem. I have issues with downloading on occasion so I figured I would wait until I had a chance late at night with less internet traffic. After reading about others having this problem, I went back and tried to download each file twice. Each attempted download stopped at different points:
first attempt: nl1.pdf - 1.91 mb nl2.pdf - 1.95 mb nl3.pdf - 547 kb nl4.pdf - 1.91 mb second attempt: nl1.pdf - 1.95 mb nl2.pdf - 1.85 mb nl3.pdf - 1.82 mb nl3.pdf - 1.82 mb Your results may (probably) vary.
