Go to your library with a flash drive. Most libraries have internet access, so you can "research" the web site and download the content to the flash/thumb drive. If your library doesn't have it, check with a friend who has high speed access. You can find 2GB thumb drives for around $5 if you look - some sales content comes on flash drives with that much "free" space left on them.
