The Oshkosh YMCA made indoor camping available again this year, on the soccer field. I expect it will be available again next year, but there is limited space.

I stayed there the entire week in 2010, great place, YES ice in the hocky ring. You can camp on the indoor grass football field, NO TENT PEGS so you need a free standing tent.
