I should have also mentioned that I used the brass tube inside another brass 
tube as my hinge. Not sure if the larger was 1/4" ID or OD, but I found two 
that slipped together perfectly with only a couple of thousands clearance like 
Ken's plans call for. I' they can find the correct pieces for you. If not, call 
me at 330-388-2074, I'll get them for you and mail them to you.
