Hi there,
I'm attempting to fly my KR2 around the world, (see the end of the short
youtube video if you like).
I started planning this journey some 12 years ago, but only got things right in
my life to be able to set off last month.
I'm presently in Reykjavik Iceland.
A change of plan requires that my extra tank (which I was hoping not to use)
has to be brought into play. It gives me another two hours airborne time. It is
presently being shipped out from the UK. It sits in the passenger seat. "So
what?" I hear you say... Well.
Presently in my passenger seat is my beloved mountain bike. I can't carry both
tank and bike so I need to post on the bike to America where I hope to use it
extensively and I can forward the tank on again to where I may need it next or
send it back home.
My request is that, does anyone have a postal address at an airfield (East of
Oshkosh) I can post the bike to and pick up on my way from the East coast of
Canada, on my way to the EAA event at Oshkosh.
So I'll freight it on boxed, if someone can receive it and look after it till I
can pick it up, I'd be much obliged.
Regards Colin Hales.
