My experience with a 2" difference in prop diameter and no other change is only 
in the neighborhood of 50 to 70 rpm increase. I am not sure if it is a standard 
number or if there is a linear change as I was testing from 60" diameter down 
to 54" diameter. I surely think that a 200 rpm increase is a bit on the hopeful
