Concentrators are just barely starting to become a commodity recently.
Refilling bottles with oxygen is not an option in a lot of European and
Asian airports.

The eclipse and Inogen models seem to be the most suitable but expensive.

The oxyfly is not practical for a 2 person plane.

Airliners use pressurised air from the engines or a separate air
compressor. And chemical oxygen generators for ten minute emergency oxygen.

A small air compressor with a mask and demand regulator will not be
practical neither. But Above 15000 feet even concentrated oxygen need to be
pressurised.
