Your wing will stall when the chord line is at approximately 14 to 16 degrees to the oncoming wind. In high cruise the wing chord line will probably be in the 0 to 2 degrees (big guess on my part) angle to the oncoming wind. Set the airplane to level and level the pitot is my best advise. Mine seems to be quite accurate at that setting. Larry Flesner
