Did it again.

What I said is that I have used rubbing alcohol to thin epoxy to use it
as varnish before.  It works great.  When I built up my last set of
spars I thinned the left over T-88 this way and painted it on and the
results were very good.  I buy my alcohol in a gallon can from Home
Depot.  I have heard that some rubbing alcohol from the drug store has
some type of oil in it.

I believe it was Larry Flesner that posted the idea years ago about
mixing up very dry micro that is light and easy to sand then mixing in
some alcohol to make it thinner and easier to spread that I got that
idea from.
